As a former Division I swimmer, Valentina firmly believes in fair competition and safeguarding the rights of girls/women in sports leagues at all levels of education. Valentina stands by the prohibition of biological boys participating in girls' sporting events, ensuring a level playing field for girls/women.

Children do not belong to the Government: Valentina will protect and fight for parents to have transparent access to their children's school curriculum and lesson plans. Parents have the right to know what's being taught in their children's classrooms. Valentina supports legislation that mandates school districts to maintain easily accessible and electronically searchable curricula and lesson plan records, readily available on the district's website.
